You are on the south coast of Landes, here the ocean offers beautiful waves, ideal for surfing, the atmosphere is peaceful and the beaches offer large spaces to relax and enjoy. Beaches 10 km away, surrounding forest, lakes and ponds 10 km away make up the daily environment of this part of the department. Outside the village, in an oak park, the Le Mont gîte is an independent rental which will give you peace and quiet while being close to everything. It is made up of a very pleasant, bright veranda serving as a living room, with a TV corner and reversible air conditioning for your comfort.
Kitchen with electric oven, 2 ceramic hobs, hood, microwave. The sleeping area offers 2 bedrooms (1 140 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds, 1 child bed), with electric radiators.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
