Our cottage benefits from an ideal location for discovering the ocean and all the activities offered on the coast, the Barthes and the green hillsides along the Adour, the small villages of character, a rich and typical gastronomy of the South West or for you rest during your Wellness stopover at the Saubusse thermal baths. Housed in an old house from 1820, you will appreciate the beautiful renovation as well as the quality services offered by this gîte. A top address to discover all year round. This gîte is adjoining a second gîte (reference 10828). It benefits from private access, a private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Bright, comfortable and spacious, it offers on the ground floor a large living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and equipped kitchen (3-burner gas stove and 1 electric hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment , electric oven, microwave), two bedrooms (1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds), a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, a pantry with washing machine. Upstairs, a large master suite consisting of a bedroom of more than 20m² with 1 160 cm bed and its bathroom with shower and toilet. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as water, electricity and heating charges out of season are included. Baby equipment (travel cot and high chair) can be provided on request.
