The ideal villa for vacations with family or friends! This spacious, 2-star-rated house facing the sea offers superb amenities and a pleasant exterior. You'll appreciate the large enclosed garden under the pine trees. The house comprises a large living room opening onto a terrace, bright thanks to its large bay windows, with two sofas (flat-screen TV) and two dining tables, a fully-equipped open kitchen, wc. Upstairs are three large bedrooms, all with sea views, one with a 140cm bed, another with a 160cm bed and a balcony, and the third with a 140cm bed and en-suite shower room. Upstairs you'll also find a pleasant bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, shower, double washbasin and a large closet for your personal belongings; separate toilet and a dressing room with closets and storage shelves. On the ground floor of the house are three other large bedrooms overlooking the garden, one with a double bed (140cm) and the other two with two single beds (90cm), a shower room with shower and toilet, and a laundry room. Laze on the beach just across the road, or relax in your deckchair on one of the terraces equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue, and enjoy your vacation to the full!
