On the ground floor: entrance, living/dining room with TV, table football, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, hood, refrigerator), bicycle garage, a second living room with sofa, with equipped summer kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, cupboards, 4 gas burners, coffee maker) opening onto rear cement terrace, built-in barbecue. Garage with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioner.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom. A large first bedroom with 180cm bed and 90cm bed, Bedroom 2: 1 160cm bed and 1 90cm bed, Bedroom 3: 140cm bed with cupboards, Bedroom 4: 3 90cm beds.
Two parking spaces (garage and outside on the street). Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house. Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning. Bed and bathroom linen upon reservation through the dedicated concierge service.
