Description of the accommodation

65m² apartment on the 1st floor, without lift, of a small condominium which was once an old house dating from 1520. Access to the accommodation is via the beautiful and unique spiral stone staircase. The furnished apartment opens onto the spacious living room with an equipped kitchen open to the dining area and the living room equipped with a real sofa bed, and for a stay in teleworking, the owners have fitted out an office space with access very high speed internet. It has two bedrooms: 1 bed 140 / 2 beds 90 and a complete bathroom with shower, basin and WC. To make your stay even more pleasant, utilities and heating are included, beds are made on arrival. Free public parking on site. On the foothills of the Monts du Lyonnais, in the center of the town of St-Galmier, this cottage is ideal for an authentic stay, cocooning as a couple or as a family and its privileged geographical location makes it easy to travel around for your business trips: St-Etienne & Montbrison at 20km - A72 access at 10km.
