Gîte of 130m² on the ground floor + floor, adjoining the owner's house, fitted out in an old farmhouse. On the ground floor, you enter the spacious living room with an integrated kitchen open to the lounge area, the dining room and the bright veranda. Separate WC. Upstairs, we find the 3 bedrooms (1 160 cm bed / 1 160 cm bed / 1 140 cm bed), a room converted into a relaxation/games lounge with a Bz which can be converted into an extra bed, and a toilet complete (shower-basin-WC). Jacqueline and Albert open the doors of their gîte to you, which they have renovated to welcome you. It has beautiful flowered outdoor spaces to offer you rest and tranquility: a south-facing terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue - games for young and old (ping-pong, basketball hoop, boules... ). To make your stay even more pleasant: charges and heating are included, beds are made upon your arrival and bathroom linen is available!
