Beautiful house of 100 m2 carefully decorated on fully enclosed land of approximately 2500 m2 with trees and flowers with 3 terraces, garden furniture, armchairs, parasols and electric plancha. You will have a beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen and you will access via two steps the dining room open to the living room (television and internet). Through the corridor, you will find a first bedroom with 1 140x190 bed. Via the corridor after 2 steps, you will have the bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate WC. Upstairs, you can enjoy two other bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a bedroom with 2 90x190 beds. Independent WC. Sheets, bathroom linen, household linen and electricity included. End of stay cleaning €80. You will love staying in the old Sabotier house, in the village of Saint Front la Rivière (close to all shops: bakeries, tobacco, pharmacies, etc.), completely renovated by the owners who have managed to keep the charm of the old while combining the comfort of recent furniture. Adults will have 2 bikes, a women's bike and a men's bike.
