2.5 km from Villars (Superette, bakery, restaurant) and 10 km from Brantôme, 100 m2 house adjoining the owner's house and another gîte ref. 24G101081. Ground floor: Living room with kitchen area and lounge area with WiFi internet connection. Bathroom. Separate WC. Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom of 40 m² with 2 140 cm beds and 1 90 cm bed. Separate WC. No heating. Unfenced land of 500 m2 shared with the other gîte. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. Motorcycle reception: we can accommodate up to 3 motorcycles in a garage shared by the 2 gites (contact the owner in advance). Household linen, bathroom linen, sheets (beds made on arrival), end of stay cleaning included. No heating. Old restored house located in the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park with a view of a green countryside and the forest (game, deer, wild boar, stag bellowing, etc.) and located in a very quiet hamlet close to hiking trails. Close to Brantôme "The Venice of Périgord", the castle of Puyguilhem, the caves of Villars, the castle of Jumilhac le Grand... Don't forget the gastronomy and the local producers' markets! For fishing enthusiasts, possibility of trout fishing in the Dronne and in the ponds of St Estèphe, St Saud Lacoussière... Bike rental 5 km away. Swimming in the Grand Etang de St Estèphe 20 km away and swimming pool in St Martial de Valette (Centre Aquative L'Ovive) 10 km away.
