Composed on the ground floor of a large living room with magnificent high ceilings, a fully equipped and fitted kitchen and a television lounge, upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 large bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 bathroom both independent. The garden, the shaded terrace and the 10.5 x 4m swimming pool will be very pleasant to enjoy the sun and the heat of the region.

Cleaning and sheets included - A lump sum may be deducted from the security deposit if the garbage cans have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is returned in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures of entry and if laundry is missing.
