You will have at your disposal a swimming pool heated by solar panel, fenced and shared with the owners, open from June 29 to August 31, 2024.
Things to do and discover in the surrounding area: hiking (Lot valley and Cantal mountains nearby), swimming (developed beaches and water activities at Lake Saint-Etienne Cantalès and Lake Tolerme), medieval towns of Maurs and Figeac, the Small Cities of Character of Marcolès and Laroquebrou, the villages of Salers, Tournemire, Conques, Saint-Cirq Lapopie and Collonges la Rouge classified as the Most Beautiful Villages of France as well as the sites of Padirac and Rocamadour.

On the ground floor, fitted kitchen, living room with flat screen TV also serving as a bedroom with 160X200 sofa bed, children's playroom with 70X160cm child's bed (ceiling height limited to 1.47m) and access to mezzanine with bed 120 for children (maximum height in the center 1.39m), bathroom with toilet.
