The cottage is independent, recently built, on a large grassy plot near the owner's house with a private open garden, direct access to the Loire. Baby equipment available. Possibility of fishing in the Loire, footpath and mountain biking. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room-lounge area, bathroom, separate wc. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Electric heating (billing according to consumption).
Sheets not provided, available for rent €8.5 per pair of sheets. Towels €8 per person.
Compulsory cleaning fee for professional rentals at 45€.
Pets accepted with a cleaning fee charged at €50. Bail.
