The apartment opens directly onto a fairly large entrance where there is a sleeping area (90cm pull-out bed for 2 people). You can then access the living room. This offers a 140 cm sofa bed for 2 additional beds. The living room opens onto a terrace equipped with a dining table with four chairs, as well as a mini deckchair!

The space also remains open to the kitchen where you will find enough to make good little salads and your meals for the holidays!

Parking:
The residence has private parking with free parking spaces for occupants. Access to the residence is private (automatic gate).

Equipment:
A microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, an oven, a gas hob, a kettle, a toaster and a Tassimo coffee maker are at your disposal; sufficient dishes and kitchen utensils for 2 to 4 people.
