Description of the accommodation

The accommodation offered by Finestone real estate:
The apartment located 150 m from Lecques beach is fully air-conditioned.
It is located on the 1st floor of a pretty new residence with elevator. This one is of a very good standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with equipped kitchen and open to the space dedicated to the dining room and the living room which offers you a sofa to relax in (convertible for 5th bed if necessary). A 15 m2 terrace extends the accommodation. We have set up a table and chairs there to enjoy a nice aperitif and holiday meals with the family.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms. The first offers a double bed 160 x 190 cm and a storage cupboard. The second is equipped with a pull-out bed and therefore you have two 90cm beds, which is ideal for children for example.

Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a simple sink, a shower and a towel dryer.

The plus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (note capacity limited to 10 people) and a gate opening directly onto the pink promenade and Lecques beach located 150m away.

Two parking spaces are available to you in the basement (No. 70 and 71)

The bathing establishments on Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet ski.
