Description of the accommodation

Housing :
The fully air-conditioned apartment is located on the top floor of a pretty new residence with elevator. This one is of a very good standard. The entrance opens directly onto a large living room with equipped kitchen and open to the space dedicated to the dining room and the living room which offers you a sofa and two armchairs to relax. A large south-west facing terrace extends the accommodation. We have set up a corner there to have a nice aperitif.

On the night side, the apartment has two bedrooms, each with a 160 x 190 cm double bed and several cupboards/storage cabinets. Finally, the bathroom is spacious and equipped with a double sink, a shower and a towel dryer. The apartment complies with PMR standards (people with reduced mobility)!

The plus is access to the shared swimming pool between 9 [hidden] and 8 [hidden] (note capacity limited to 10 people) and a gate opening directly onto the pink promenade and Lecques beach.

Two parking spaces are available to you in the basement.

The bathing establishments on Lecques beach also welcome you from April to October. Water activities possible in the bay: sailing, diving, sea kayaking, paddle, windsurfing, jet ski.
