Maisonette of 38 m2 with terrace equipped with garden furniture with parasol and electric barbecue.
The accommodation on 2 levels consists of:
On the ground floor: A bedroom with 140 cm bed, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic hob - fridge/freezer - dishwasher - microwave..., a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet .
ON THE FLOOR: a bedroom with 2 single beds 90, TV and storage cupboard.
Only the ground floor has air conditioning - Fan upstairs.
The rental has WiFi (Netflix and Canal + access)
No washing machine but laundry in the residence with purchase of tokens.
Parking will be on the street (parking spaces in the 2 streets neighboring the residence.)
Multiple activities at the doorstep of the residence - Discovery of the Port and its activities - Beach - Shopping - Sports activities..

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
This rental accepts animals - A supplement of €30 per animal/stay will be requested.
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
