In 2017, Thomas and Elena fell in love with this mansion in an exceptional location, which offers the advantages of city life without the disadvantages. After 3 years of renovation from top to bottom, they moved there and opened the Citybreak apartments.

Description of the accommodation

Ground floor: living room, kitchen, linen room. 1st floor: two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, shower room, wc, luggage room. 2nd floor: play area in the attic. DVD player, radio, telephone, secure WIFI ADSL connection (computer not provided).
Baby equipment (to be requested when booking): cot, high chair, changing mat, bath, potty.
Wood provided for the fireplace. Sheets, bathroom and kitchen linen provided, beds made on arrival. Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay. Carport of 30 m². 10 m² terrace and small private enclosed garden of 50 m², with access to the shared swimming pool (11x7 m, protective barrier and cover), heated in mid-season, open from the end of May to mid-September. Garden of 4,000 m² with swings and table tennis, shared by the 3 gîtes. Tasting of pineaux and cognacs from the estate as well as black truffles from December to February. Tourism and Handicap label (mental, auditory). Gite adjoining another gite, not overlooked, in a character setting, on a wine and truffle property.
