François and Catherine came several times to the Dordogne before having the opportunity to put down their suitcases there definitively. They wanted to offer you the comfort that they themselves would like to have on vacation. They have kept the authenticity that makes the charm of this house while highlighting the strong points of its architecture.

Description of the accommodation

Terraced house not overlooked, in a completely enclosed courtyard. Kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge-freezer... open to the living room with TV, internet, DVD player (no air conditioning). On the 1st floor an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200cm bed. On the same landing a bathroom with shower, separate WC, and a bathroom with a washing machine. On the top floor, 2 air-conditioned attic bedrooms, one with 2 90x200 beds and the other with 1 160x200 bed. Salt-heated swimming pool below the gîte, measuring 9x4, depth 1.50m, with entrance via wide steps, secured by a roller shutter, shared with the owners and the other gîte, open from Easter to All Saints' Day. Bicycle storage possible in an outbuilding on site. Private parking in the enclosed common courtyard. Ping-pong table. Baby equipment: travel cot and high chair, bathtub. Linen provided, beds made, cleaning at end of stay €80, pool towels €5 per person. Savor the pleasure of being on family vacation in a bubble of nature just a stone's throw from the great sites of Périgord.
