The place called Mermande is located halfway between Aizenay and Challans.

At La Roche sur Yon, head towards Noirmoutier/Saint Nazaire (D948). Pass Aizenay, drive 12 km and head towards Mermande.

From St Nazaire Challans, head towards La Roche sur Yon, leave the town of St Christophe on your left and continue towards La Roche sur Yon for 4 km then take the "Les Mermandes" exit.
Please note that the gîte is located in Mermande and not in Grande Mermande which is close to it.

Description of the accommodation

Old house renovated in 2002 and 2010, located in the square courtyard of a dwelling, adjoining outbuildings, close to year-round rental. Independent entrance. Ground floor: living room/lounge (fireplace), kitchen, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 single beds, 1 double bed). Wireless. Private garden of 300 m² with a small enclosed courtyard of 40 m² (garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs). Private heated swimming pool (4x5m) in operation from June 15 to September 15. 2 adult bikes available.
Aizenay 12 km, CHALLANS (markets on Tuesday Friday and Saturday mornings) 12 km. Carrefour Contact 4 km away in St Christophe du Ligneron. Options: End of stay cleaning: €49/stay; Sheet rental for 1 or 2 people: €10/stay; Towel rental: €8/pers/stay.

Oil central heating package: €13/day from 15/11 to 15/04 and €9/day from 01/10 to 15/11 and from 15/04 to 31/05 (to be paid to the owner).
