Gite of 90 m² on the ground floor and first floor, large living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen, lounge area, dining and relaxation room (upstairs), 2 bedrooms. Electric heating. Electrosensitive lodge. For relaxation, fitted terrace of 20 m², unfenced private land of 1000 m² at 10 m. Possibilities of strolls in the vineyard and meetings with the winegrowers.
