30 mins from Le Mans and 40 mins from Alençon, old 18th century tithe barn completely restored with natural materials (lime, hemp, terracotta and parquet from the trees of the property), on the outskirts of a castle listed as a historical monument surrounded of moats. Unfenced garden of 1000 m² (fishing possible) with terrace.
The restoration of the cottage has respected the original character of the barn and the materials used for the restoration bring all the advantages as well as some disadvantages.
