Located in a quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by olive trees and hills a few kilometres from the Chorro Reservoir and the well-known Caminito del Rey hiking area. This house offers its guests an ideal holiday for the whole family, from the oldest to the youngest, who will undoubtedly have a great time.
With a capacity for up to 8 people, the property is distributed over two floors, terrace, garden, barbecue area and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is a living room furnished with a sofa, armchairs and a fireplace. The corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and the bathroom. The first bedroom has a 90 cm bed, the other two double bedrooms have a double bed in each one.
The staircase leads to the upper part of the house where, on the right hand side, we find the second bathroom, also equipped with a shower. Behind it, there is a 25m2 open-plan room equipped with 3 single beds, a sofa and a sitting area.
The property has air conditioning and heating in all rooms as well as free wifi internet.
The interior is cosy and is designed to enjoy the evenings by the fireplace, while its large kitchen area and outdoor barbecue are ideal for gatherings with friends and family. The pool area has a depth designed for the little ones of the house and the surrounding vegetation provides a very pleasant feeling of contact with nature.
