Have a pleasant stay in this spacious independent single-storey house. You will find a quality living room with flat screen TV. The large kitchen has everything you need, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, Senseo. Access to the terrace is via the kitchen and living room. In summer, take advantage of the sunbathing facilities available to you. The cottage has three beautiful bedrooms, the first has a 140 x 190 cm double bed with private shower. Two other bedrooms have two single beds 90 x 200 cm. These beds can be pushed together. A spacious bathroom, with bathtub and shower completes the cottage. For your bikes, a large shed is at your disposal to store them. Beds will be made upon your arrival, cleaning is extra, heating/air conditioning and electricity are extra, depending on actual consumption (meter reading). Motorcycle garage. Cleaning deposit €100. Halfway between Troyes and the lakes of the Eastern Forest, come and discover Ruvigny, a charming, quiet little village, at the foot of the Vélovoie.
