On the N137 from Nantes to Rennes, take the direction of Chateaubriant. Exit at St Aubin des Chateaux then Ruffigné. The cottage is located near the church.

Description of the accommodation

Gîte located in the heart of the village of Ruffigné, adjoining another house. Enclosed garden of 400 m² with terrace and outbuilding occupied by the owner.
Ground floor: lounge/living room (fireplaces only available in winter), separate kitchen with fireplace, bathroom/wc. Floor: 2 large bedrooms (1: 1 140x190 bed and 1 90x190 bed, 2: 1 140x190 bed and 2 90x190 beds). Additional equipment: freezer, stereo, complete baby equipment.
Not included: Package for heating oil, electricity and hot water (14€/day in winter, 7€/day for the rest of the year), sheets, towels, wood and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee (for tourist customers €100 - for professionals €90).
Only small animals accepted (small dog - deposit €100). Garage for small car.
