It offers on the 1st and last floor of a small building without elevator (staircase of 20 steps with intermediate landing): an entrance with cupboard serving a pleasant living room of 15 m² with dining area and lounge (sofa bed rapido 160 cm offering 2 beds - flat screen TV), a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven - hood - microwave - induction plates x3) with scullery (large refrigerator with freezer part drawers - washing machine) A small corridor with 2 cupboards serves then a room of 10 m ² with double bed of 14O cm and television flat screen, and a water room with Italian shower and piece of furniture sinks and independent toilets. Everything is there for a pleasant stay. Non-private parking spaces common to the condominium.

To be paid :
