Architecture, furnishings and decor: you'll be immersed in a very special world, full of charm. AR-DE-LU can accommodate up to 4 people, whether you're a family or a group of friends. Its south-western exposure and open-plan living room will let the sun shine on your days. With 87m² of living space, this comfortable, fully-renovated interior features a ground-floor living room (flat-screen TV and wifi access) and open-plan kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, hob, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster) opening onto a terrace with garden furniture and a small garden, a shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs, a landing leads to two large bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160 )with cupboards and access to the balcony, and a shower room with toilet.
