Architecture, furniture, decoration: you will be immersed in this so particular and charming universe. AR-DE-LU welcomes you with your family or friends thanks to its sleeping capacity of 4 persons. Its beautiful south-western exposure and its crossing stay will allow the sun to embellish your days. With a living space of 87m², this comfortable and entirely renovated interior offers you, on the first floor, a living room (flat screen TV and wifi access) and an open kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, hotplate, coffee machine with capsules, kettle, toaster) opening onto a terrace with its garden furniture and a small garden, a shower room and independent toilets. On the first floor, a landing leading to two large bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 160) with cupboard and access to the balcony and a shower room with toilet.
Ideally located in the heart of Royan, close to all shops and the beach.
Garage used as a laundry room and space for your suitcases or nautical/beach equipment.
Parking in front of the garage on the street - Closed garden - Garden furniture and barbecue.
To be paid :
- At the time of your arrival: the security deposit by bank print or check: 800€.
- At the latest at your arrival : the tourist tax by bank card or check.
A la carte services are to be booked and paid in advance:
- Baby bed or high chair from 18€ / 3 days - 28€ / week - subject to availability.
- End of stay cleaning : 200€.
