and garden [hidden] private complex offers a remarkably large modern pool, with
a fresh water shower, all in a spacious and secure fenced area where your
children can play, and you can lounge in your hammock relaxing in the
Mediterranean sun. You will be staying on the top floor of the complex: A
separate private entrance door opens to the staircase leading to the flat. The
living and dining area has A/C - offers seating for 6+ people, direct access to
the balcony and is equipped with a smart TV providing access to international
channels. Bedroom 1 has a large double bed (180x200 cm), A/C, a spacious
built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool terrace.
The second bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm), which can be converted
into a double bed. This bedroom also has A/C, fitted wardrobes and a patio door
with direct access to the balcony overlooking the pool terrace. All rooms have
electric blinds which can be fully extended to shut out the daylight if
necessary. This also applies to the living, dining and kitchen areas. The flat
is equipped with a spacious and modern main bathroom with a large walk-in
shower and WC; in the drawers you will find a hairdryer for your use. A
separate guest WC is accessible from the hallway. A washing machine and
laundry accessories are located in the hallway cupboard. The swimming pool is
for the exclusive use of the three Beach Apartments, each with their own
sunbeds, tables and chairs around the pool and on their individual
