A dream vacation with your family in this charming villa with private pool. The villa is all on one level, covering approximately 119m2, without stairs and with direct access to the pool. There are only stairs to access it from the outdoor parking area. The living room is spacious, cozy, and bright, from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Bay of Roses. The open kitchen with a bar has all the necessary appliances for your holiday comfort, including a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ...), pantry. It has 2 double bedrooms, one full bathroom with a shower, and another with a bathtub. There is air conditioning in all rooms, but please note that the rental price includes a basic consumption of 15kw per day. In case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, and the amount per kw/h will be indicated in the rental contract. We remind you that the air conditioning usually cools the room immediately if all openings are closed, so it is not necessary to leave it running if you are not at home. Wifi and bed sheets are included in the price. On the terrace, there is a small porch with an awning and an electric barbecue so you can enjoy outdoor lunches while admiring the landscape.
