Laundry room, shared washing machine. Garages. Sheets provided free of charge. Electricity included. Heating extra in season (10€/day). You can take advantage of the bicycles provided free of charge. Located in a hamlet a few minutes from Romilly sur Seine, 18 km from Nogent sur Seine and 40 km from Troyes or Provins. Hervé and Martine welcome you to their renovated farmhouse with its old-world charm. The Gîte du Passage has all the equipment and comfort to accommodate tourists, professionals or fishing enthusiasts (private carp fish pond available on request, at an additional cost). Located in a farmhouse with 2 other gîtes. (is only communicating with the entrance courtyard of the T2 gîte) The Ping Pong gîte only faces the Guinguette side) Located opposite a guinguette, created in 1924, which operates every Sunday afternoon from 3 [hidden] to 8 [hidden] from May to the end of September.

For the latter, the gîte has a large private garden on the other side and access to the pond located 200 meters away.
