double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower. It has a beautiful and
well-kept community area with a pool that can be accessed from the terrace of
the house and parking space.

800 meters from the sea. Located in Roda de Berà, a family maritime
neighborhood on the Costa Daurada with fine white sand beaches, perfect for
relaxing with family or couples. Play area with a wide variety of supermarkets,
bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors. Very close to the Roc de Sant Gaieta.
Half an hour from the Port Aventura and Ferrari Land amusement park, 1 hour
from the Aquopolis water park and 10 minutes from Aqualeón. Only 1 hour from
Barcelona and 20 minutes to Tarragona.

The house does not include bed linen or towels, the traveler can bring it or
hire it to an outside company.
