750m from the beach and the center. An area with coves of fine sand. Very close
to Roc de Sant Gaietà and 10 minutes from Torrota beach for dogs, open all year
round.

It is distributed in: Ground floor: Living-dining room with fireplace,
separate kitchen and toilet. From the living room there is access to the porch
and the garden with barbecue. First floor: 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes,
one of them with access to the terrace, and 1 full bathroom. From the master
bedroom there is access to the terrace with access to the solarium.

Located in Roda de Bará, a family maritime neighborhood on the Costa Dorada
with fine white sand beaches, perfect for relaxing with your family or partner.
Playful area with a wide variety of supermarkets, bars, restaurants and ice
cream parlors. Very close to the Roc de Sant Gaieta. Half an hour from the Port
Aventura and Ferrari Land amusement park, 1 hour from the Aquopolis water park
