In the heart of the Anjou vineyards and more precisely Layon, come and recharge your batteries in our completely renovated single-storey gîte. For a stay or a weekend, with family or friends, let yourself be charmed by this panoramic view of the Loire Valley. The town of Rochefort sur Loire is accessible on foot, you will find shops there.

The entrance to the cottage is through the equipped and fitted kitchen which opens onto a bright and warm living room/living room with a decorative wood stove. A small corridor distributes: - a double bedroom with a 160 cm bed with dressing room and wall storage - a second smaller bedroom (7m²) with a bunk bed (140 cm bed at the bottom) - a bathroom with shower Italian, double sink and toilet.

Private terrace and garden at the gîte with garden furniture and deck chairs for sunny days. Private parking at the gîte will allow you to easily unload your suitcases. The winegrower owners will be happy to show you their wine estate located 7 km from the gîte.

Near the gîte, many activities are available to you, bike rides along the Loire, walks in the streets of the village of Béhuard... The Loire Layon Aubance area is full of visits and activities. Accommodation close to the Châteaux de la Loire and the towns of Angers and Saumur. The gîte is adjoining another accommodation, a balustrade separates the two terraces which are not at the same level, the one of this gîte being higher up.
The service is all inclusive with the exception of bathroom linen which is not provided.
