For a stopover or a stay for two in the heart of the Anjou vineyard: tasting in the wine estates, hiking on the GR3 which passes 100m away, loop of the Loire à Vélo on the Angevin corniche, ... Angers and the Terra Botanica plant park 30 minutes away, Doué la Fontaine and the troglodytes 40 minutes away, Saumur and Puy du Fou 50 minutes away.

Completely renovated in a cocooning atmosphere, on the 1st floor of a farmhouse, this cottage in Rochefort-sur-Loire consists of a small living room with television, an equipped kitchen with island (induction hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) and a dining table. Small bedroom of 6.50m² with a 140cm double bed (11..80m² floor space), bathroom (shower, WC, vanity unit, hairdryer).

On the 3-hectare wooded property, a space is reserved for you to enjoy sunny days (garden furniture, barbecue). You can also relax and enjoy the calm of the environment around the small pond (unsecured). Living in the terraced house, the owners will be able to give you advice and tips for organizing your visits.

Travel light: beds will be made upon your arrival, bathroom linen is provided, end-of-stay cleaning and heating are included.
