This completely renovated fisherman's house has a popular location due to its proximity to the Petite Mer de Gâvres. Arranged on 2 levels, with an area of approximately 60 m2, it benefits from a terrace with a picnic table and a barbecue (access with right of way) and a shed.
This holiday home, with its neat and warm decoration, can accommodate 4 people. The kitchen is fitted and equipped open to the living room, facing south. The floor is composed of a hallway leading to 2 bedrooms each with access to the common bathroom (2 beds of 90 and 1 of 140). The accommodation is also equipped with WIFI (Fibre).

*Cleaning: we require that garbage cans, fridge/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be dropped off in town in the containers provided for this purpose. In the event of a linen option, it must be removed upright and folded at the foot of the bed.
