Description of the accommodation

In the land of slate, stay in this charming miner's house, completely restored with large rooms. It has 2 enclosed gardens on each side, with terrace and children's swing.
On the ground floor, you have a fitted kitchen, a living room and a dining room, as well as a bathroom and shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 1 140*190 bed and a 3rd bedroom of 22m² with 1 140*190 bed, 1 90*190 bed and a 120*180 corner bed. A bathroom and a separate toilet. A children's area. Complete baby equipment in the gîte. Made beds included.
For your outings, the Rincerie leisure center, 13km away, offers a beautiful body of water with swimming, canoeing, wake-park, swin golf, fishing, hiking.
In Renazé, 3.5km from the gîte, all shops, departure point for hiking, greenway for bikers and hikers. Don't miss the slate museum.
River fishing on the Chéran and the Oudon and nearby pond.
