Sylvie and Philippe welcome you to this modern house in the heart of a charming village in Alsace halfway between Colmar and Mulhouse. You will stay in peace in the Alsatian plain, bordered by the Rhine to the east and the Vosges to the west.
The house, built in 2020, can accommodate up to 6 people, it has a garden with terrace and a carport. Inside, the ground floor is a large living room of 45m², including: a fully equipped kitchen (oven, extractor, dishwasher and kitchen appliances, SENSEO coffee maker and filter coffee maker etc ...), a living room that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and the living room. Separate toilets and a storage room are also accessible on this level.
Upstairs, the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms (sheets are included in your rental), all the beds can be separated or assembled as needed: (on request at least 1 week before your arrival)

Your cottage is located about 20 km from Colmar, 16 km from Mulhouse, 5 km from the Parc du Petit Prince and the Alsace Ecomuseum in Ungersheim, two must-sees in the department to do with the family. And finally about 75 km from Europa Park for a day trip.
In the village you will find all the amenities: bakery, butcher, supermarket, tobacconist, hairdresser, doctor, pharmacy, bank. In Ensisheim, a town about 4 km away, you have several restaurants and pizzeria service with home delivery.
A second detached house, Maison Nicole a few meters away is available with the same configuration, depending on availability you can rent them at the same time in order to double the capacity in person, [hidden] up to 12 people.
