Located in the sought-after area of the restaurants "La Corniche" and "Haïtza", a few minutes from the famous Dune du Pilat, this apartment of approximately 90 m² on the 1st floor of a Gaume villa offers 4 bedrooms and 2 balconies, which can accommodate up to 10 people.
The entrance leads to a separate toilet with hand basin, then to the north-facing living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a television, as well as the north-facing dining room with balcony. The US kitchen is fully equipped with 2 small refrigerators with freezers, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, 3 induction burners, a hood, etc. A hallway, including a washing machine and a dryer, leads to a first bathroom, separate toilets, and 2 adjoining bedrooms (part of which is under the attic lit by Velux) with 2 90 cm beds and 1 140 cm bed.
