Description of the accommodation

Located in a quiet area between Moulleau and Pyla, large house typical of the basin of around 200 m² on one floor. It has a heated swimming pool and a pleasant terrace all around with deckchairs. You can park a car inside.
It consists of a living room with its lounge area, TV and WIFI and its dining room. A separate, fully equipped kitchen with gas hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, small multi-function electric oven and a dishwasher. It opens onto a terrace at the back of the house to enjoy meals outdoors. A separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, they all have a 140 cm bed for two beds, two of them have an adjoining bathroom. An additional bathroom and a separate toilet.
On the garden level (half basement), a bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room/garage and the washing machine in a storeroom opposite.
Close to the elegant bistros and boutiques of Le Moulleau, close to the beach and local amenities. Enclosed garden suitable for children (be careful with the swimming pool even if it has a protective shutter), the house offers you peace and quiet.
There are many local activities, cycling, windsurfing, jet-skiing, boat trips, paddle, golf, surfing...
