Outside: Private enclosed garden of 2000m² with gate to access the forest at the back. 100 m² terrace, 2 bikes available, table tennis, Molkky, darts, pétanque.
Wifi via fiber box, garage for motorbikes. Hybrid vehicle charging: €5/day or €25/week, to be paid on site. For 100% electric vehicle, charging station 2km away. Independent house from the 70s, on one level, with hiking trails on site. Water activities on the Charente are close by. Bright and comfortable cottage not overlooked.
