We are 5 sisters who decided to continue the tourist activity started by our parents for almost 40 years. Coming from this beautiful region, we will be delighted to welcome you to our cottage and give you all the information and advice you need to have a pleasant stay. 7 km from Sarlat (All shops and services), independent house of 115 m2 100 m from the owner's house and next to another gîte not overlooked (24G648). Ground floor. Living room with kitchen area, microwave, fridge-freezer. Living room, Wifi Internet connection. 3 bedrooms: 2 90 cm beds, 2 140 cm beds. 1 bathroom. 2 bathrooms. 3 toilets. Electric heating. Laundry room. Enclosed land of approximately 1000 m2 with terrace and courtyard. Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair. Towels €5/person/change. Sheets €15/bed/change. Cleaning at end of stay €70. Electricity included. In the heart of the Périgord Noir, between Sarlat and Montignac-Lascaux, this spacious house in exposed stone has all the comforts. It is located in a calm and green environment. From the terrace, you will enjoy the view of the countryside. You will be close to the town of Proissans 1.5 km away (bakery, butcher's shop, small market, restaurant and garage) as well as the medieval city of Sarlat with its exceptional heritage and the many tourist sites of Périgord Noir.
