About 1 hour 20 minutes from BEAUVAL Zoo (Loir et Cher) and FUTUROSCOPE in Poitiers (Vienne).
Electric terminal 3kms away in the small village of PRISSAC Longère in exposed white stone with large garden of 2,000m² (garden furniture), terrace of 55m², trampoline and swimming pool to be shared with the owners (10 x 4 meters with bromine, a depth of 1m50 - open from June 15 to September 15 - unheated).
