A perfect place to stay for groups looking to get together in central France, at the crossroads of three regions. The fully enclosed estate consists of a separate house and chalet, accommodating a total of 14 people.

Set within a wooded park, a large heated pool and a shelter with garden furniture are available. A barbecue is available, as are deckchairs for relaxing by the pool.

The accommodation is divided into two units: the house and the chalet.

THE HOUSE spans two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It includes on the ground floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen-diner
- A living room with a fireplace
- A double bedroom with a 160cm bed
- A large bathroom
- A toilet
Upstairs
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed + en-suite bathroom
- A bedroom with two 90cm beds
- A toilet

THE CHALET spans two levels and can accommodate up to 8 people:
It includes on the ground floor:
- A living room with a fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with four 90cm beds and a balcony
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed
- A toilet

An alarm and a Covers allow you to ensure pool safety.

Bed linens not provided: rental available for €10 per bed (€100 for 14 people).

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Sheets: €10.64 per person per stay
- Sheets for small cot: €10.64 per person per stay
