Located in a small village surrounded by meadows just 2 km from the Ardèche, this cottage features a terrace (18 m²) and a small garden with sun loungers.
The cottage is semi-detached (yearly rentals are available below) but has a separate entrance.
Nearby: Lake Issarlès 20 minutes away, Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille 7 km away (church and abbey castle, Museum of Popular Beliefs, Old School Museum, Brass Festival, weekly market, all shops and services). Les Estables and the Mézenc ski resort are 19 km away. The cottage is accessible via the terrace at the rear of the building.

On the first floor, a separate kitchen opens onto the living room with a seating area (sofa bed, fireplace, TV) and a toilet.

On the 2nd floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two double beds, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

Services offered:
- Baby equipment: crib.

Optional services:
- Electric heating at an additional cost based on consumption (recent radiators replaced in 2016). Firewood at an additional cost of €40/stere.

- Bed linen: €10 per bed.

A €50 cleaning deposit will be required, as well as a €150 deposit for the gîte.

From the N88, reach Le Monastier-sur-Gazeille via the D535. In Le Monastier, follow the signs for Présailles (D500 then D38). Go through the village to Vachères (2 km after Présailles). The cottage is the first house on the right.
