6 km from Valençay and its castle, close to the A20, A71 and A85, close to the Loire castles and 35 minutes from Beauval Zoo. In a quiet hamlet, with small garden with trees and large courtyard at the front, house with on the ground floor: fitted kitchen with dining area opening onto a living/dining room (TV and DVD) opening onto a terrace - bathroom (2 sinks) - toilet - hallway.

Upstairs: landing - 2 large bedrooms (double bed) - 1 connecting room (access to one of the two large bedrooms) with 120x190 bed, toilet with hand basin.
