5 km from the sea and Pornic, in the heart of a quiet hamlet, gite on the first floor of a country house (another 2-person gite on the ground floor), adjoining another 2-person gite. Private unfenced garden of 40 m² + access to a common wooded area (shared garage for bicycles).
Ground floor: summer kitchen and separate WC. Upstairs: living room/living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (140x190 bed), mezzanine for children (very attic) accessible by miller's ladder (2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate WC. Equip. extra: wifi, baby cot and high chair, freezer.
Not included: electric heating (7€/day), electricity, sheets, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (60€).
Cottage not suitable for young children.
