We welcome you, in a green setting, for a peaceful stay for two during your vacation or your spa treatment in Préchacq les Bains, Dax and Saint Paul les Dax. Here, you enjoy a moment of well-being in a privileged setting in the heart of nature. Pleasure garden, rose garden, fountain... make the romantic setting for your vacation. You will also be seduced by the architectural ensemble of the place and by this building of character in which we have created a cozy and cozy place. Lovers of nature, we have also undertaken an environmental approach and will be happy to present to you the eco-gestures that we have put in place to best integrate our gîte into its natural setting.
Our cottage is an independent house which offers you a large open room including an equipped kitchen area (4 gas cooking rings, mini-oven grill, microwave, refrigerator with conservator), dishwasher, lounge area (flat screen TV, Internet connection CPL, wired or WIFI, wood stove), a dining area, an alcove with 1 160x200 bed, a mezzanine space (access via a secure milling staircase) with 1 120 extra bed, a separate bathroom with large Italian shower, and toilet. You have access to a private laundry room with washing machine and dryer. For your comfort, sheets, bathroom and household linen are included as well as heating and wood for the stove (out of season). Cleaning and toiletry products are also provided (*). A private outdoor space is reserved for you with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Mountain bike rental on site. Hikes departing from the lodge. (*) As the sanitation system is individual and organic, only organic cleaning products are authorized for laundry, dishes and toilets. The same goes for shower gel and soap. This is why they are provided and included in the rental price.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for the kitchen (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). The excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
