At the gates of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park and 25 km from the Super-Lioran ski resort, this independent house from 1974 welcomes you in the heart of the village of Polminhac.
Nearby, you can visit the Pesteils castle in Polminhac, go on numerous hikes (departure from the village), play golf in Vézac, discover the Cère valley, the waterfalls, the Grand National Site of Puy Mary. You can also enjoy the winter and summer resort of Super-Lioran (tree climbing, ski slopes, snowshoes, ice rink, etc.) located 20 minutes from the gîte. You benefit from enclosed wooded grounds of 1000 m² and a paved terrace with awning, garden furniture and barbecue. You have a garage as well as private parking in the enclosure.
