You will have on the raised ground floor a spacious kitchen with dining area, a comfortable living room with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. A bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and storage as well as a separate toilet will also be at your disposal. Outside, you will have access to an open plot of land currently being developed with lawn for your moments of relaxation on deck chairs, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garage in the basement for store your car, your bikes, your strollers... For a peaceful stay, heating and electricity as well as end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the stay and the beds will be made on your arrival except cleaning for professional stays (30€ every 2 weeks). At the gates of the Marne, 15 minutes from Vatry airport, 40 minutes from factory outlets and 50 minutes from Troyes, Gite MARGUETTE n welcomes you for your professional or leisure stays.

The price includes: Beds made on arrival, heating, electricity and end-of-stay cleaning.
