Wood + pellet central heating (included in prices). Private garden of approx. 50 m² on 1.5 ha property. pétanque court and outdoor games for children (swing, slide, sandbox). Garage for bicycles or motorcycles. Small animals accepted upon agreement of the owners. Possibility of additional beds on request with supplement of 20€/day/pers. (BZ in the living room/extra single bed in the bedroom). Non-smoking accommodation. Village 2 km away (local shops and services). Close to the Loire à Vélo route. Available free of charge: 3 adult mountain bikes, 1 adult city bike and 1 child mountain bike.
