The Kerbiscart residence benefits from a privileged location and makes this 108m2 duplex a very pleasant place to stay. Located on the 2nd and last floor it includes an entrance, a fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, hob, hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator with freezer section) opening onto a sea view balcony, a dining room on sea view balcony, 2 bedrooms (140 and 2x90 beds), bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, the mezzanine is fitted out with a lounge/TV area and a sleeping area (bed 120), a bedroom (bed 140) with sea view skylight and a small shower room. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI and a small electric barbecue, a baby bed and a high chair and has a garage but difficult to access and for small cars.

*Cleaning: we require that the trash cans, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the containers provided for this purpose. If there is a linen option, it must be removed right side up and folded at the foot of the bed.
