About 200 meters from the house is the famous Celler de Petra, with a great tradition and much appreciated by Majorcans due to its menu of typical island dishes: arròs brut, stuffed aubergines, porcella and Mallorcan fried, among other specialties. During your stay in Petra you can discover places like the church of Sant Pere or the old Franciscan convent. You will discover the most illustrious character of the town, Fray Junípero Serra, the missionary born in Petra who founded 9 missions in California (USA), back in the nineteenth century XVIII. There is a museum dedicated to his person. On the outskirts of the town is the Bonany sanctuary, surrounded by forests and trails.
